I worked as a nurse in the NHS for 32 years, I decided to retrain as a Sports Massage Therapist.
I began my journey at Richdales Institute of massage in London. Completing my first 6 months of training in Holistic Massage. Then moving on to complete a second 6 months training, achieving my ITEC Level 3 Sports Massage Qualification.
I then spent a year working part time building up my client base, nursing and continuing to build on my massage skills. I completed courses on Trigger point therapy and Table top Thai Massage. I am also an Emmett therapist having completed a 6 month course in Emmett therapy
At the beginning of 2019 I felt ready to undertake the ITEC Level 4 Sports Massage Qualification at Richdales Institute of Massage in London. I qualified in October 2019 after 6 months of intensive training and study.
Now I have completed my studies I decided to stop nursing and focus solely on my Massage Business.
I am passionate about massage and really enjoy what I do. It's always rewarding to have clients leave feeling better.
