Sports Massage  
Sports massage is suitable for absolutely everyone, not exclusively for athletes.
 

Benefits of Regular Sports Massage:

It causes muscles to shorten and pull your joints into positions reducing function and increasing chances of repetitive strain injuries. After a friendly welcome, you will have a brief chat regarding any medical conditions and your reason for needing massage. 
If required Jo can carry out a full postural assessment, to determine your specific problem areas before your massage.
